ANZCI Immersion Terms & Conditions

Thank you for registering for an ANZCI Immersion.

Our aim is to create a learning environment that is safe, respectful and supportive for everyone. These Terms & Conditions help us provide a positive experience for all participants while ensuring clarity around registrations, cancellations and event participation.

By registering for an ANZCI Immersion, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Registration & Payment
• Registrations are confirmed once full payment has been received.
• If payment is not received by the due date, ANZCI reserves the right to cancel the registration.
• All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Super Early and Early Bird Registrations
Super Early and Early Bird pricing applies only until the advertised closing date and is available once both registration and payment have been received.

Cancellation by Participants
We understand that plans can sometimes change.
• A non refundable administration fee of NZ$250 applies to all cancellations.
• Cancellations received before the published cancellation date are eligible for a refund of registration fees paid, less the administration fee.
• Cancellations received after the published cancellation date are non refundable.
• Requests relating to exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness or bereavement, may be considered at the discretion of ANZCI.

Transfer of Registration
If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another person.

Please contact ANZCI before the event so attendee details can be updated.

Programme Changes
ANZCI reserves the right to amend presenters, schedules, venues or programme content where necessary.

Should circumstances beyond our reasonable control require the immersion to be postponed, rescheduled or delivered in an alternative format, we will communicate any changes as soon as possible.

Photography & Recording
Photographs and video will be taken during the immersion for ANZCI’s promotional, educational and archival purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in photographs or recordings, please let a member of the ANZCI team know when you arrive, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Creating a Respectful Learning Environment
ANZCI is committed to fostering an environment where everyone feels welcome, respected and able to participate fully.

We ask all participants to contribute to a culture of kindness, professionalism and mutual respect. Harassment, discrimination, bullying or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

Privacy
Personal information collected during registration is used solely for administering ANZCI events and communicating important event information.

ANZCI manages personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act.

Personal Responsibility
Participation in workshops and experiential exercises is entirely voluntary.

Participants are responsible for their own physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing throughout the immersion and are encouraged to seek support whenever needed.

Liability
While every reasonable effort is made to ensure a safe and well managed event, ANZCI accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property.

To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, ANZCI’s liability is limited to the registration fee paid.

Force Majeure
If events beyond ANZCI’s reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions or venue closures prevent the immersion from proceeding as planned, ANZCI will make every reasonable effort to provide an alternative date or delivery format.
