LEARN, CONNECT, BELONG
NAU MAI, HAERE MAI, WELCOME to our fourth annual ANZCI Immersion!
- A six-day international gathering of Family and Systemic Constellations,
where healing, belonging, and ancestral wisdom come together to
strengthen individuals, families, communities, and future generations.
16th - 21st April 2027
Rotorua, Aotearoa New Zealand
BEHIND YOU STAND MILLIONS.
LIFE IS WAITING.
TAKE YOUR PLACE.
There are moments in life when we step away from the busyness of everyday living and into a space where something deeper can emerge.
The ANZCI Immersion is one of those moments.
Join us in Rotorua for six days of learning, exploration and connection as we gather with colleagues, practitioners and those new to Family and Systemic Constellations from across New Zealand and beyond.
Whether you are taking your very first steps into this work or have been facilitating for many years, you are warmly welcome.
Why We Gather
We gather because this work is not meant to be learned in isolation.
Family and Systemic Constellations invite us to slow down, to see more clearly, and to explore the hidden dynamics that shape our lives, relationships, organisations and communities.
While books and training provide valuable knowledge, there is something profoundly different about learning in community, sharing conversations over coffee, witnessing another’s process, discovering new perspectives, and experiencing the field together.
The ANZCI Immersion offers a place to learn, practise, reflect and connect with others who share a commitment to this work.
It is a place where curiosity is welcomed, experience is honoured, and everyone belongs.
What You’ll Experience
Over six inspiring days you will enjoy:
Experiential workshops and masterclasses
Leading New Zealand and international presenters
Numerous constellation workshop options
Opportunities for personal and professional growth
Rich conversations with colleagues and friends

The warmth and support of a growing community
Every immersion is different because every group is different. Together we create an experience that cannot be replicated online or in a book.

You are warmly welcomed and our VIP.
No previous experience is required.
Only curiosity, openness and a willingness to learn.
MEET OUR FACILITATORS
Our faculty brings together respected practitioners from New Zealand and around the world, each offering their own unique perspective and experience of systemic work.
Together they create a rich and diverse learning environment that honors both the depth and evolving nature of Family and Systemic Constellations.
Nir Esterman
Israel
Nir Esterman (M.Sc.) is an international teacher, facilitator and trainer specialising in Family and Systemic Constellations, Embodied Shadow Work and body based approaches.
Nir is the founder and developer of Shadow Constellations, a multidimensional, trauma informed approach that weaves together Jungian Shadow Work with Family Constellations. His work explores the unconscious and often unseen dynamics that shape our relationships, our family systems and the way we move through the world.
At the ANZCI Immersion, Nir will bring his unique lens of Shadow Constellations, inviting us to explore what has been hidden, excluded or disowned within ourselves and our systems.
Through this work, we can begin to recognise the deeper patterns influencing our relationships and reconnect with parts of ourselves that have been pushed into the shadow.
His approach brings together systemic awareness, embodiment and trauma informed practice, creating opportunities for both personal exploration and deeper learning for facilitators.
Edwina Van Der Westhuizen
Australia
Edwina Van Der Westhuizen is a Family and Systemic Constellations facilitator, trainer, clinical counsellor and trauma informed practitioner based in Melbourne, Australia.
Edwina first discovered Family Constellations in 2003, beginning a relationship with the work that has continued to deepen for more than two decades. She began her formal training in 2009 and has continued to learn, explore and develop her practice through ongoing training, mentorship and connection with the wider Constellations community.
Edwina holds a Master of Counselling and is a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner, with further training in somatic, attachment based and trauma informed approaches. Her work brings together a deep respect for the intelligence of the system with an awareness of the body, nervous system and the importance of moving at a pace that supports the individual.
She has a particular interest in one-to-one Constellations and the possibilities they offer beyond the traditional group setting.
At the ANZCI Immersion, Edwina will explore the meeting place between systemic constellation work and trauma informed practice.
She will invite us to slow down, stay curious and remain present with what emerges, while paying attention to the nervous system, capacity and pace of the individual.
Edwina will also share her experience of one-to-one Constellations, offering facilitators different ways of working systemically and inviting us to move beyond what we think we know and truly listen to what is emerging.
Michael Quinn
New Zealand
Michael Quinn is an Aotearoa New Zealand based Family Constellations facilitator whose journey with the work began in 2009. After completing his training, Michael’s own exploration of his relationships with his father and his son became an important influence on the direction of his work.
Today, Michael has a particular interest in father work, exploring the place of the father within the family system and the ways our relationships with our fathers can shape how we experience ourselves, our relationships and future generations.
For Michael, this work is deeply personal. He is interested in the patterns that can quietly travel through families: what fathers learned from their fathers, what mothers learned from their mothers, and how these inherited ways of relating can continue until they are seen differently.
At the ANZCI Immersion, Michael will bring this focus into his work, inviting participants to explore the place of the father and what may become possible when we turn towards this relationship with greater awareness.
Michael approaches Constellations with warmth, curiosity and a grounded belief that life continues to invite us forward, one step and one moment at a time.

Hone Taimona & Faith Murray
Tū te pō, tū te ao, tū ka maranga ki te whei ao, ki te ao mārama.
Introducing Hone Taimana and Faith Murray, who live in South Hokianga, a place deeply connected with the landing of the legendary ancestor Kupe, who traversed the oceans in fulfilment of the prophecy of Te Ika-a-Māui.
Hone holds a deep understanding of tikanga Māori, while Faith carries knowledge and practice in the traditional healing realms of rongoā Māori. Together they have contributed to the return and development of traditional healing practices within Hauora Hokianga Hospital, serving a community whose whakapapa traces back to Kupe and the ancestral waka of the Pacific.
Within Aotearoa New Zealand Constellations, Family Constellations is understood as Whakapapa te Oranga — acknowledging and restoring wellbeing across past, present, and future generations.
Through their presence and knowledge, the foundations of tikanga and ancestral understanding will be held within the space where the Immersion takes place.

Fiona Kerr
"I see a similarity between creating my artwork and facilitating; the clearer I become in myself, the more freely the energy flows. In both cases, it feels almost to have little to do with me, I am merely a conduit for Creative Energy and the Knowing Field to work through.
I attribute Family Constellations to being instrumental in the betterment of my life, and therefore my children's lives. In fact, this work ripples out to benefit everyone around me. That's one of the beauties of this mahi".

His passion is practical: how Stillness, awareness and presence support us in the moment, settling internal activity and returning to presence when circumstances challenge us. Whether you're a seasoned meditator, a complete beginner, or someone who has found meditation difficult before, these simple techniques work with processes natural to all of us, in facilitation, in work, and in life.
