Why We Gather
We gather because this work is not meant to be learned in isolation.
Family and Systemic Constellations invite us to slow down, to see more clearly, and to explore the hidden dynamics that shape our lives, relationships, organisations and communities.
While books and training provide valuable knowledge, there is something profoundly different about learning in community, sharing conversations over coffee, witnessing another’s process, discovering new perspectives, and experiencing the field together.
The ANZCI Immersion offers a place to learn, practise, reflect and connect with others who share a commitment to this work.
It is a place where curiosity is welcomed, experience is honoured, and everyone belongs.

Rotorua provides a beautiful setting for our time together.
Known for its geothermal landscapes, lakes and forests, it offers the perfect environment to slow down, reconnect and immerse yourself in learning.
For the third year in a row the immersion will take place at Arawa Park Hotel Rotorua.

Aotearoa New Zealand Constellations Incorporated (ANZCI) exists to foster connection, education and professional development within the Family and Systemic Constellations community throughout Aotearoa New Zealand.
The annual immersion is a cornerstone of that vision, a place where learning, relationship and community come together.

What is family constellations?
Constellation work is often referred to as 'a movement of the soul'. This is a method of looking at an issue in your life and seeing what sits behind it.
Working in the unseen multi-dimensional field that surrounds us all often referred to as the morphogenic field or field of consciousness containing the organizing principle and collective information of all life including the historical memory of past generations. Read more here
