Andrea Lehmann is an Aotearoa trained facilitator of Family Constellations, offering deeply compassionate, safe spaces for personal and ancestral healing. Born in Australia, raised in Switzerland, and now based in Aotearoa New Zealand, Andrea brings a unique global perspective to her work. She blends practical wisdom with intuitive insight, drawing on her background with an early childhood degree, milliner apprenticeship, astrology, and sustainable living. Her specialty is creating inspiring learning environments for families, and she additionally has 14 years of experience as a Waldorf parent and some years as a Kindergarten assistant.
Her approach is deeply shaped by her own healing journey — growing up with an alcoholic mother, navigating the wound of that experience, and finding strength and clarity through the 12-Step program. This personal path gives her a special empathy for those carrying the "mother wound", and allows her to offer patient, grounded support that honours each person’s pace and limits.
Andrea has a special heart for neurodiverse individuals and creates spaces where all feel seen and safe. She offers sessions in English, Swiss German, and German, including intimate group events such as New Moon constellations in local parks and reserves. She is also expanding her practice to offer online sessions internationally.
Deeply committed to sustainable living, permaculture, and heritage seed saving, Andrea embodies the interconnectedness of healing both people and the Earth. With love, compassion, and a constant curiosity to learn and share, she walks alongside those ready to explore their healing journey.
