ANZCI Aftercare

Family & Systemic Constellation work can continue to unfold long after a workshop, session, training, or immersion has ended. You may notice emotions, memories, dreams, shifts in relationships, tiredness, clarity, or a deeper need for rest and reflection. Sometimes the movement is subtle, and sometimes it can feel significant.

Please be gentle with yourself in the days and weeks following this work.

Stay hydrated and nourished. Spend time in nature if you can. Rest when needed. Allow yourself space to integrate without needing to analyse or make immediate meaning from your experience. Often the deepest movements continue quietly in the background.

Try to limit over-processing or repeatedly retelling your constellation or process. This work is based on trusting the unfolding and allowing what has moved within the system to settle naturally over time.

Be mindful of your boundaries and give yourself permission to slow down. It is okay to say no, to take space, and to prioritise your wellbeing as integration continues.

If strong emotions arise or you feel overwhelmed following this work, please reach out to a trusted support person, therapist, healthcare professional, or appropriate support services.

If you would like to touch base regarding something that arose during the immersion, you are also welcome to reach out to a member of the ANZCI team. Outside of immersion spaces, you are welcome to connect with facilitators listed in the ANZCI facilitator directory if further support feels aligned for you.

Thank you for the courage it takes to step into this work for yourself, your family system, and the generations connected to you.

With care,
Team ANZCI
