Nikki Lawton is a daughter, mother, sister, aunty, friend, wife, office worker, ConTact CARE practitioner, and nature lover.
She came to Family Constellation work originally through a body-based lens—guided by deep respect and reverence for the wisdom held not just in our physical bodies, but in all the ways we experience the world: through our senses, emotions, thoughts, spirit, and relationships. Our bodies often speak what words cannot, and she's come to trust the wisdom that comes through that.
This work has deepened her understanding of how we can also carry patterns, pain, and love on behalf of our wider family systems—sometimes consciously, often not. Nikki is continually moved by the interconnectedness of it all, and how gentle insights can create powerful shifts that ripple through families, hearts, and lives.
For Nikki, Family Constellation is a practice of compassion, connection, spaciousness, and LOVE—for all that we are and all that we come from. A movement towards wholeness.
